In case of FIT’S if the cancellation is 2 days before to begin the tour, you have to pay a No SHOW of 50%, verifying the expenses committed until the moment, in case of the cancellation will be paid the same day of the beginning of the service, you will have to pay a No SHOW OF 100%.
In case of GROUPS, if the cancellation is done 14 days before the date of departure, the NO SHOW will be of 50%, verifying all the expenses committed until that moment, if the cancellation is done between 3 to 5 days before the date of departure, the No SHOW will be of 70%, in case the cancellation is done one day or the same day of the date of departure, the No SHOW will be of 100%.
In case, the passengers that has a reservation to do the Inca Trail, if the cancellation is done after 2 months and 15 days, the No SHOW will be of 50%, in case the cancellation is done one day before or the same day, the No SHOW will be of 100%.
